Congratulations on your two happy years together. In design school I also learned that pictures of animals and babies are always a good idea.:)

Thanks, Dawn! I was going to take Vegtastic! to Plum and have a nice little date (so, basically eat by myself and then blog about it as if she were with me), but David convinced me that was TOO nerdy :)

Congrats on the blogiversary, Helen! I loved reading about all of the things you've learned over the years - they all sound too familiar.

I also think it's awesome that your blog's a she! I don't know if mine's a boy or a girl?

Lastly, I love both pics in this post. Hope you have a nerdy celebration planned! :)

Thanks, Connie -- I really need to be less lazy and make Susan's mayo more often! I have a Vita-Mix, so I have no excuse! Fewer ingredients and less oil than Vegenaise too.

Thank you for these recipes....and Susan's Fat Free Vegan Kitchen's Tofu-Cashew Mayo is ALL we eat now. Takes, maybe 5 minutes to make (Vita-Mix) and is absolutely wonderful!!

I passed on this tasting (although I had several family members eagerly volunteer to accompany me!) because I'm not eating gluten, and wouldn't be able to participate. But, I'm glad to see vegan food making it into the stadium. I'm excited every time I see vegan choices spreading into new territory. Thanks for the honest review and the great photos. Hopefully, the kinks will get worked out soon.
