New (vegan) shoes
Someday, it will cease to be winter and stop raining ice, and I will be able to wear my brand new canary yellow Olsen Haus flats and Cri de Coeur Hearts of Darkness black lace booties instead of just wistfully taking pictures of them.
These brands are usually out of my price range, but Amazon had them on sale, so I splurged on a pair of each.
Dreaming of that day.

Hey! I love your Cri-De-Coeur shoes! I found them on Amazon and am really interested in getting a pair for myself, but I am a bit skeptical because I have wide feet. Do you find they fit bigger, smaller, tight?
Thanks so so much!

Hi Dani — my feet are wide-ish (not technically “wide,” but on the wider side of normal) and I’ve never had a problem with Cri de Couer’s boots being too tight, these or others. Because these booties are so lacy (rather than having the body made of stiff material), I think my feet could go a little wider and still be fine. So, while I’m hesitant to say that they’re good for wide feet, I’ve found them to be extremely comfortable. If you do end up getting them, let me know how they fit and what you think of them!
